After a few boring searches I came to a very interesting result. Not a lot of people knew this but some people did.

 Search WoWHead for weapons and set the search filter to level 80-85 ( Alternatively bind on equip if you don't want to use the BMAH to get cool stuff .)

 The results are incredible. There are items that is in the range of early level 90s gear that you can wear at level 80...

 Some of these items usually exists on the AH at about 1000g. But the more extreme ones can be purchased at the black market auction house like this one.

 level 85 axe with ilvl 483 THAT LOOKS LIKE A  GUITAR!!!

 That's what you can get from the BMAH. I managed to purchase these for my mage.

 Wand of the Exiled Path - Item - World of Warcraft 1200g
Spaulders of Five Rings - Item - World of Warcraft 1400g

 With only these to items my mage can one shot monsters in my own level . I also had talked to about 10 different players that I randomly picked and nobody knew about this.

 What did I do? 

 I pvped a ton of the Horde in Mount Hyjal.

 There are items for every class and they are not  expensive, it is worth it considering how much faster your leveling will be.
